We are thrilled to announce that our industrial rehab project, 234 Piquette, has been acquired by Detroit Public Television (DPTV)! 🏢✨

This historic building will soon become the new home of DPTV, marking their triumphant return to Detroit. We couldn’t be more proud of this transformation and the role it will play in the future of broadcasting in our beloved city.
