Ferlito Group is excited to announce that we’re building out our residential management program, and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us. We’re currently hiring a Residential Property Manager to oversee operations at two of our newest communities: The Nine in Oak Park and The Alexandrine in Midtown Detroit.

This is a key role on our team, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and takes pride in creating an exceptional living experience for residents.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of both properties

• Oversee leasing, move-ins, and resident communications

• Coordinate maintenance and vendor relationships

• Ensure high standards of quality, cleanliness, and responsiveness

• Maintain occupancy goals and assist with marketing efforts

• Support the ongoing development of our residential systems and processes

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone with experience in property management, strong communication skills, and a service-first mindset. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solution-oriented, and excited to be part of a team that’s passionate about building quality communities across Southeast Michigan.
